1. Refunds/Exchanges are acceptable for the below conditions only:
i) Defective products with manufacturing flaw
ii) Wrongly sent product / Personalized Product (Factory Defect)
iii) Malfunctioning product and eligible for warranty claim
Terms & Conditions of Refund/Exchange:
a) No cash, bank transfer, payment refund provided, exchange is valid for to the same product only. In cases of exchange to a higher value item, customers are required to pay the differences & for lower value item we will refund in discount code for next order (valid for 30 days).

c) No cash refund on cancellation of orders, Any request on order cancellation please contact us via email or whatsapp, payment made will be refunded via store credit with the full value of amount paid (valid for 30 days)
d) Product seen on this website may differ slightly from the actual due to photography & lighting, therefore exchanges are not valid for these reasons.
e) All products returned for exchange must be in original packaging, any returns with incomplete product, poor packaging & not in original packaging will be declined.
f) Wood products may have color/pattern/shape inconsistencies, this may not be considered as defect. Exchange due to this reason is not valid.
g) All your exchange products will be shipped out within 5-7 days, after receiving the item and will take 2-3 days for shipping.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is 1 years for Flash Drives and 90 days for all other gift product beginning from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice or receipt. Products in the Apparel Section is excluded from warranty, exchange or return.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of products resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, incorrect maintenance by yourself, or failure caused by a product for which Pineworks is not responsible.
Damage caused by fair wear and tear is also excluded. Failure or undesirable operation is excluded where products are used with specialist or custom hardware or software or used in an application other than general storage of non-critical data.

USB flash drive unreadable on windows computers need to be tested, This faulty is covered under our 1 year warranty program and you are eligible to claim for warranty if this problem occurs.
Can i return my USB flash drive if it is still can't be read on my computer?
Yes, returning USB flash drive for checking is possible within 1 year of limited warranty period. However any shipping, packaging, customs duty cost incurred will be bourn by the buyer. In cases of successful claim Pineworks will ship replaced USB flash drive to the buyer free of charge.
What is a successful claim & unsuccessful claim?
A successful claim means your USB flash drive will be replaced/repaired whichever needed. The replacement/repair cost is Bourne by Pineworks. For unsuccessful claims, a checking video proof will be send to you and the products will be returned back.
In what cases does the warranty become void?
Proof of purchase or shipment date is required to validate the warranty period. Warranty becomes void if equipment is modified, incorrectly used, damaged by accident or neglect, or if any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the user.
