Shipping Lead Time
The shipping lead time begins once our appointed courier partner collects your parcel from our premise. An automated email with tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once your parcel has been picked up. Please ensure the email address provided during checkout is correct so you can receive timely tracking updates.
Please be aware that the delivery duration may vary depending on your country and delivery area, whether in the city center or outskirts. The estimated lead time is based on our courier partner’s guidelines, and Pineworks has no control over the exact delivery date or time.
Below are the estimated shipping lead times shared by our shipping partners:
- West Malaysia via DHL eCommerce: 2-3 working days
- East Malaysia via Flash Express / JNT Express / DHLec : 5-7 working days
- Singapore via Teleport Express / Aramex Express: 1-3 working days
- Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand via DHL Express: 5-7 working days
- Japan, Australia, New Zealand via DHL Express: 5-8 working days
- Canada, United States via UPS Express: 7-10 working days
- United Kingdom via UPS Express: 5-8 working days
Please note that taxes and handling fees are not included in the shipping fee shown at checkout. For most international destinations, delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on the country and location. If applicable, your local customs office or courier partner will contact you directly regarding any additional taxes or handling charges upon parcel arrival. To view the exact shipping cost, please enter your full address, including postal code, at checkout, and the system will automatically calculate the rate. If your shipping address is not covered by our courier partners, kindly reach out to us for assistance.
Self-Pick Up
We provide the convenience of self-pickup directly from us once your order is ready for collection. Simply select the self-pickup option at checkout if you wish to collect your order directly. The processing lead time is the same for both shipping and self-pickup options. However, customers who opt for self-pickup may enjoy the privilege of receiving their parcel upon completion, bypassing the shipping processing time outlined by our shipping partner’s guide.
Once your order is ready, our fulfillment team will mark it as “fulfilled,” in our internal system and you’ll receive an automated email confirming that your parcel is ready for collection. You may collect it in person or arrange pickup via an e-hailing service. For e-hailing pickups, please provide the rider with a screenshot of the “ready for collection” email so our team can identify and release the correct parcel.
Change of Mind
If you have selected courier delivery at checkout but wish to switch to self-pickup for any reason, please contact our customer service immediately. Our team will check if the change can be accommodated and advise you accordingly. Kindly note that refunds are not provided for changes of mind when switching from shipping to self-pickup.
Pick-up is available at the address below, Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please note that pick-ups are not available on weekends or public holidays, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed directly by our team.
