Shipping Processing Time

The shipping processing lead time begins once our dedicated shipping partner picks up your parcel from our premises. Please note that this shipping processing lead time may vary based on your country's location and delivery areas, such as city centers or outskirts. The lead time provided here is derived from the shipping lead time guide provided by our shipping partner, and this estimated shipping lead time shown at our checkout page is solely on the estimation only. It's important to note that our shipping partner will make a maximum of TWO (2) attempts for the delivery process. Any unsuccessful delivery may result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, a new shipping fee may be imposed for rearranging shipping, along with a new shipping processing lead time.

Please be aware that any unsuccessful deliveries returned to us will be retained for rearrangement purposes for a maximum of THREE (3) MONTHS. If the shipment remains uncollected beyond this period, the company reserves the right to dispose of it.

Listed below are the estimated shipping lead times provided by our shipping partner for all your orders:

  • West Malaysia via DHL eCommerce: 2-3 working days
  • East Malaysia via Flash Express: 5-10 working days
  • Singapore via ARAMEX Express: 3-7 working days
  • Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand via DHL Express: 3-6 working days
  • Japan, Australia, New Zealand via DHL Express: 4-8 working days
  • Canada, United States via UPS Express: 7-10 working days
  • United Kingdom via UPS Express: 5-7 working days

For other countries, the shipping lead time typically ranges from 7-14 working days, depending on the country and location. If your shipping address is not supported by our shipping partners, feel free to contact us for assistance.

For international purchases, import duties and taxes are typically charged once the parcel has arrived in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee paid upon order placement. 

Please note that we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary from country to country. To obtain more information about these charges and customs policies specific to your country, we recommend contacting your local customs department. They will be able to provide you with detailed information regarding any duties or taxes applicable to your shipment.


Self-Pick Up

We provide the convenience of self-pickup from our premises once your order is ready for collection. If you prefer to pick up your order directly from us, simply select the self-pickup option when checking out your items on our website. Please note that pickup can only be arranged upon receipt of the confirmation email indicating that your parcel is ready for collection.

The processing lead time is consistent for both shipping and self-pickup options. However, customers who opt for self-pickup may enjoy the privilege of receiving their parcel upon completion, bypassing the shipping processing time outlined by our shipping partner’s guide.

The self-pickup window is typically available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and all major public holidays upon receiving the confirmation email that the parcel is ready for pickup from the following address:
