How long is the warranty valid?

The warranty for all Crystal USB Flash Drive products is (1) years and is valid from the date of purchase.

What is covered under this warranty?

This warranty applies to personal use only and covers defects in material and workmanship such as :

• USB Chipset is found to be unreadable on Windows PC or Mac OS
• USB Chipset is found to have transfer speed slower than usual (above 1 minutes for 1GB file)
• USB Chipset Data Corrupted, Malfunctioned within 1 Year of purchase
• Water Damage on parcel or packaging due to shipping
• Shattered, Disconnected or Broken Crystal glass due to shipping 
• Torn, Dented or Soiled packaging due to shipping

All shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel otherwise deemed ineligible.

What is not covered under this warranty?

The followings are not covered under this warranty due to negligence, misuse or inappropriate usage of the product.

• Scratches on any metal or glass surface 
• Detach, Broken or Disconnected parts of Crystal or USB Chipset case
• USB Chipset is found to be unreadable on Car Audio Players
• USB Chipset is found to be unreadable non-computer devices

Crystal Keychain products is not eligible for warranty claims. However this product is under guarantee by pineworks

• Engraving errors, missing photo, text or other workmanship errors
• Water Damage on parcel or packaging due to shipping
• Shattered, Disconnected or Broken Crystal Keychain due to shipping 
• Torn, Dented or Soiled packaging due to shipping
