Once your payment is successful via billplz or manual payment, You will received an email order confirmation to your email provided with the details of product ordered, shipping address & amount paid.

Processing Lead Time
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO MAKE MY ORDER?
We will usually ship out your orders within 3-5 working days, this excludes weekends (saturday & sunday) and public holidays. However some order may take more time for designing or approval from clients.
Can i request for urgent processing?
Yes, you may request for urgent order processing, however this subject to our order volume at production. For urgent order request please talk to our customer service.
how do i know if my order is ready?
We will be sending you an email with details of your order tracking number once it is ready. Therefore it is important to provide us with correct email address of buyer, if you need us to send delivery notification via sms please let us know.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping takes?
Shipping for West Malaysia will take approximately 3-4 days & for East Malaysia about 7-14 days. This depends on the location and peak/volume of courier companies. In some cases delivery may take longer time due to COVID-19 restrictions.
MY TRACKING SHOWS ON HOLD FOR TOO LONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your tracking shows on hold for more than 14 days, You are eligible to make a parcel report to us.
