Every wood pieces are unique and different in texture, grains, knots, and colors this is not due to a natural or technical defect. The logo engraving technique will reveal an inner layer of the wood/bamboo and an uneven color tone may appear due to the material properties. Kindly do not purchase if you cannot accept these natural attributes.
Order Processing
These processing lead time excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and all major public holidays observed in Malaysia. If your order is placed on weekends or public holidays, it will be processed the next working day. To know more about this shipping lead time, you may chat with our sales personnel.
Please be aware that the processing time commences the day after your order is placed, not at the time of placing the order. It's essential to note that the processing time does not encompass the shipping processing lead time. This processing lead time specifically pertains to the duration dedicated by our team to personalising your orders.
Design Policy
For orders without a preview request, we will process your order within our standard lead time. Please refer to our "Order Processing and Shipping" tab for more information.
Important Guidelines for Photo Personalisation:
Photo Quality: All designs are created based on a best-effort basis using the photo you provide. Please ensure that the photo is clear and meets the specifications listed for each product.
Pre-Order Assistance: If you have any questions, please speak to our sales team before placing your order. This will help ensure a smooth order process once your order is received.
Photo Issues: If the submitted photo does not align with our design guidelines, our designer will reach out to you to suggest possible solutions. Please note that this may put your order on HOLD until a satisfactory outcome is achieved.
Cancellation Policy: We do not accept order cancellations due to unresolved photo submission issues. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will proceed with personalisation based on the original order details after our discussion attempt is completed.
