Due to the Government Announcement of FMCO (Full Movement Control Order) all orders for Crystal products will be processed after 14 June 2021 or upon FMCO lifted.

Crystal Engraving Product: Processed after 14 June (or FMCO lifted)
Wood Engraving Product: 3-5 Working Days
Jute Bags: 3- 5 Working Days

Returns Policy
The warranty period is 1 years for Flash Drives and 30 days for all other gift product beginning from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice or receipt. This excludes battery or any other consumables or equivalent.
